On November 1st, 2021, the Company's shares were officially listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol IPA.
By July 18th, 2022, IPA increased its charter capital to 2,138,357,750,000 VND following the successful completion of a public offering and a bonus share issuance from owner's equity. This significant milestone marked a new era in IPA Group's journey to solidify its position within the modern Vietnamese corporate ecosystem.
